NIL & Sports Consulting for Athletes and Brands

NIL consultant Aaron T. Fennell reviewing an athlete endorsement contract

NIL Contract Review

Before you sign, Aaron reviews endorsement, sponsorship, and social media agreements for pay terms, exclusivity, usage rights, length of the deal, and red flags, so athletes and families understand exactly what they are agreeing to.

Deal Negotiation

Aaron helps athletes negotiate fair compensation and clear terms with brands, collectives, and local businesses, and pushes back on one-sided clauses that could limit future opportunities.

NIL Rules & Compliance

NIL rules vary by state, school, and athletic association. Aaron helps athletes and families spot compliance issues, disclosure requirements, and conflicts with team or school agreements before they become problems.

Personal Brand Building

With a background in sports media as co-owner of Afro Blew Sports, Aaron helps athletes build their personal brand, find the right partners, and structure collaborations that last beyond a single season.

For Businesses & Collectives

Local businesses, brands, and collectives that want to partner with athletes get guidance on structuring NIL agreements, deliverables, and payment terms the right way.

It can if a deal conflicts with school, conference, association, or state rules, skips a required disclosure, or clashes with a team sponsor agreement. Aaron helps you check a deal against the rules that apply to you before you sign.

Yes. Fennell Consulting works with high school athletes and their parents as well as college athletes. Because high school NIL rules depend on your state and athletic association, reviewing a deal early is especially important.
